Under the general supervision of the Director of Environmental Services, the Cook is responsible for the overall production of all food items in the Dietary Department; the training & orientation of Dietary Staff; and the
acquisition of dietary food/supplies in accordance with established guidelines.
The successful candidate must be a graduate of a Certified Cook /Culinary Management Program, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in institutional cooking. Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
