hospital service accountability agreement

The purpose of the agreement is to support the collaborative relationship between the Local Health Integration  Network and the Hospital and to further health systems integration at the local level.

 

The Local Health Integration Network will provide funding as described in the agreement, comply with the planning cycle, and provide timely responses.

 

The Hospital will  use the funding as described in the agreement, plan for future hospital service provision as described, and to report on the use of funding and the provision of hospital services.
