There is a pristine Stanley Thompson Signature nine-hole golf course in town. In winter, the Superior Slopes Ski Hill has a double chair lift and complete rental service. In addition to its gold fields, the area is home to a number of geological wonders which attracts many rock hounds. Many come to find deposits of the rare spectralite, found nowhere else in North America. Working out of the Marathon Family Health Team, 7 family physicians love where they work and play. The physicians promote a collaborative model of care with many advance practice initiatives and opportunities. Wilson Memorial General Hospital delivers health services to the community of approximately 4700 people with a catchment area of 7500. It boasts a new facility with 9 Acute Care beds, 12 Chronic Care as well as a 24 hour Emergency Department. Within the Centre is a fully equipped Rehabilitation Department assisting inpatient acute, chronic care, as well as outpatient general orthopedics with some pediatrics, neurology, rheumatology, and outpatient cardiac rehabilitation. The Physiotherapy department has a large assessment and treatment area, and is well equipped with exercise equipment. Ample Office space – your own desk!

Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science (physiotherapy) or equivalent
· Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
